Biography

Andrea Eccleston joined the International Office in August 2021 as the Operations Manager and serves as the initial point of contact for International Office and plays a role in all aspects of the International Office operations. Andrea comes to the unit with a Master’s degree in Leadership and over 16 years’ experience working at the University of Saskatchewan.

Over the years she has worked in both central units such as Alumni Relations and, most recently, the Offices of the Vice-President Research and Vice-President University Relations as well as in Colleges and Schools like Arts & Science, School of Environment and Sustainability, and Engineering. With experience working jointly with multiple units on specific projects such as the environmental programs, the re-design of the first-year engineering program and university rankings she looks forward to future opportunities to help build meaningful partnerships across campus and beyond. She has experience with study abroad, student recruitment, curriculum development and project management, to name a few, and enjoys continuing to grow her skill set in new areas.

Also, Andrea volunteers with the University of Saskatchewan Huskie Football team and with numerous other football programs through Saskatoon Minor Football, Football Saskatchewan, and Football Canada.
