- Concur is USask’s primary system for completing travel requests, claiming travel expenses, claiming all other employee reimbursements, and hosts the online travel booking system (Concur training is available)
- A travel request is required for all travel outside of the province and for air travel within Saskatchewan. Once your Travel Request has been submitted and you have received an approved Trip Request number, you can book travel (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.), including flights, hotel, and car rentals, using the Online Booking Tool in Concur or through USask’s preferred travel provider, Direct Travel
- You can view the Travel Request Supports available, and you can also work with Connection Point to create a Travel Request if you would like assistance or have questions
- Claiming reimbursement for out of pocket travel expenses & Student travel expenses
